The 5 best tools for yoga teachers

The 5 best tools for yoga teachers
Do you need inspiration for your yoga classes? Or are you looking for helpful tools to help you design sequences? I have put together the best tools and resources for yoga teachers that are available in my shop.

1. Yoga Sequencing Magnets

Design your yoga classes quickly and easily with magnets. The poses are drawn as stick figures. Put together your flow on your magnetic board in no time at all. The magnets are available in two different designs:

In addition, there are now also magnets with the names (in English and Sanskrit) of the yoga poses. You can use these in addition to the stick figure magnets or on their own. The magnets for the different parts of a yoga class and the inhale/exhale magnets complete your set.

2. Asana Stickers

Drawing yoga stick figures is not your thing and takes too long? Then I have the right thing for you! The Asana Stickers. The stick figures are printed on transparent, compostable sticker material. When you stick them in your notebook, they look like you drew them yourself. There are over 9 different categories:

  • Neutral Standing Poses (Warrior 1, Mountain, Downward Facing Dog, etc.)
  • Externally Rotated Standing Poses (Warrior 2, Tree, Extended Side Angle, etc.)
  • Twisted Poses (Twisted Chair, Revolved Lunge, Revolved Triangle, etc.)
  • Seated Poses (Butterfly, Wide Legged Forward Bend, Hero, etc.)
  • Reclined Poses & Inversions (Happy Baby, Corpse, Headstand, etc.)
  • Arm Balances (Handstand, Plank, Dolphin, etc.)
  • Backbends (camel, wheel, cobra, etc.)
  • Sun Salutation A (All poses from Sun Salutation A)
  • Yin Yoga (Restorative yin yoga poses with props and closed eyes)

Each sticker sheet contains more than 50 poses. There are no limits to your creativity.
