How long will it take to get my order?
Yoga Journaling strives to process orders within 4 business days from the day the order was placed.
- Switzerland: 1-2 business days
- Europe: 2-10 business days
- Overseas: 1-6 weeks
I send the parcels insured and with priority. However, I have no influence on the time the parcel spends at customs. This may delay the arrival of your order.
Do I have to pay VAT on my order?
- Switzerland: Yes, you pay your VAT directly in my store.
- EU: Up to a value of goods of 150 euros, as a private individual you pay the VAT directly in my store. From a value of goods of 150 euros and more and as a company, you pay the VAT including customs duties directly upon receipt of your parcel. Please find out in advance how high the customs duties and VAT are in your country so that you don't get an unpleasant surprise.
- Everywhere else: You pay the VAT and customs duties directly on site if necessary. Please check with the customs authorities in your country to find out how high this amount is so that you don't get an unpleasant surprise.
I have not received a shipping confirmation!
You will receive the shipping confirmation as soon as your order has been picked up by the shipping service provider.
Please also check your spam folder, as some e-mail programs strictly filter our e-mails.

How can I check the delivery status of my order?
As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us.
In the shipping confirmation, simply click on the linked word "Delivery status" and you will be automatically redirected to the shipment tracking page.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the shipment tracking to become active.
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, you can return your order within 14 days upon arrival. You will be responsible for the shipping and return costs. The purchase amount will be refunded once the return has been returned to me and its integrity can be checked.
Can I return or exchange my order?
You can return or exchange your order. You must contact me within 14 days of receiving the order. You bear the full cost of the return shipment. You are also responsible for the loss of value if an item is not returned in its original condition. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged (e.g. books with a personal dedication).
My order has arrived damaged. What can I do?
I'm sorry that your order was damaged during shipping. The good news is that your order is insured. Please contact me with photos of the damage and I will replace your order.
I am unhappy with my order. What can I do?
I am very sorry about that. My products consistently receive very positive feedback. Please get in touch with me. I am sure we will find a solution together.
Digital Products & Copyright
I have ordered a digital product but cannot find it to download it.
After purchasing a digital product, you will receive an email with a download link. Please also check your spam folder and the email address you used to make the purchase. If it still hasn't arrived, please contact me. I will send the email again.
Can I use the digital products for my yoga classes?
Yes, you can. You can print them out, show them and use them during class. However, the documents may not be handed out or passed on unless it is specifically stated on the product (for example, the 13 Asana Sheets).
My products and my stick figures are protected by copyright and may not be used for commercial purposes.
Can I use your stick figures and bring out my own products?
No, unfortunately that is not possible. My stick figures and my products are protected by copyright and may not be used for commercial purposes. They are intended for personal use.
