Hi, I’m Karin, founder of Yoga Journaling. I left my corporate leadership career to follow my dream of running my own business. It hasn’t always been easy. Early on, people said yoga stick figures were too niche—but I trusted my gut and started an Instagram account. Today, the community has grown to over 120,000 followers.
I believe yoga makes us better people. My mission is to bring more people to yoga—with innovative, simple tools that help deepen your practice and support your teaching.

Can anyone create a yoga flow with My Perfect Flow?
Yes, you don't need any prior knowledge and you don't have to be a yoga teacher. You can read how the deck of cards works in the instructions here.
Is it available in my language?
The card deck is multilingual. The instructions are currently available in the following languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese.
Is the card deck suitable for beginners?
Yes, the card set is also suitable for yoga beginners. Of course, the stick figures are easier to recognize if you have already practiced yoga a few times. But basically, the set contains cards with different levels.
Can I benefit from the card set as an experienced yoga teacher?
Yes, absolutely. I gave it to a few yoga teachers to test in advance and they already use it regularly for their classes. Thanks to your experience, you can use the cards as inspiration and adapt them to your style.
I already have so many yoga card decks at home. Is this one really any different?
Yes! I feel the same way. I also have many card sets at home and have used them. I have taken all these negative points and created a card set that is better and can really be used. The card set has also been tested by many yogis and yoga teachers and found to be very useful.
I prefer to do short flows. Can I still use the yoga cards?
Yes, absolutely. You can also simply choose a single card and practice that. The cards range in length from 5 to 20 minutes. The blue cards, for example, are perfect for a short stretching session in the evening, while the pink cards are ideal for a quick mobilisation in the morning.
