With the stickers, you can put together your own flows and record them in your notebook. This will help you to prepare and memorize the sequences. The 123 Asanas Collection contains 123 yoga poses that have been put together in an anatomically sensible way to inspire you when creating flows. It also helps you to memorize the names of the poses in English and Sanskrit.
