Why You Should Start Yoga Now

Why You Should Start Yoga Now

Yoga is not just any sport; it’s a practice for both the body and the mind that can change and transform your life. My goal is to introduce as many people as possible to yoga because I believe that yoga makes us better individuals and better individuals make a better world.

So here are 5 reasons why you should start with yoga now:

  • Yoga is perfect for reducing stress. Many years ago, I started practicing it myself because I couldn’t escape the daily grind. It’s incredible what a mindfulness practice like yoga can do for your body and mind.
  • Yoga is for everybody. Regardless of whether you’re tall or short, thin or curvy, flexible or not, strong or weak, yoga is suitable for everyBODY. In yoga, it’s not about being able to perform a specific pose; it’s about being aware of your body just as it is.
  • Yoga can transform you. Are you looking for a change in your life but don’t know where to start? Yoga is perfect for seeing yourself from a different perspective. Instead of following your many thoughts, you find stillness and observe yourself from the outside. This gives you new perspectives to evolve and discover your own path.
  • Yoga is beneficial for your body. I often say that yoga is not just a physical practice and there’s so much more to it. However, yoga is also a physical practice that benefits your body. The stretches and strengthening exercises help your body become strong and confident in everyday life.
  • You can practice yoga comfortably at home. All you need is a mat and guidance. I’ve just released an e-book for beginners with a 7-day yoga routine. Additionally, you can participate in a live online class with me. You can find all the information here.

Whether you want to start, return to, or deepen your beginner knowledge of yoga, I’ve created a program that provides you with motivation and inspiration. The Yoga Beginner Program is ideal for starting your yoga journey at your own pace. I would be delighted if you joined us!
